Hi,

I would like a mail notification to be sent to a mailing list, or to a given email, each time a new bug is created. Is it possible to do that, and how?

The goal is to notify our service provider that a new bug has been created, and that they should look at it, without having to assign the bug to one of their developers, as we do not know when we create a bug which developer will take the bug.

Make a new account and set the email address to the mailing list.
Make the account a MANAGER or create a new access level
Use $g_notify_flags to trigger an email to be sent.
