Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

I read the following on the Mantis Wiki in the feature list section:

Reporting issues via Email (available as a patch - currently being integrated)

Am I right in assuming that this means the remote creation of an issue, via sending an email to some specified address that Mantis monitors? This is pretty much a make-or-break feature for me and I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of the patch with this feature, I can't find it for the life of me.
