Mobile device doesn’t push notification

Hi all!
I’ve built mantis on my site.
Everything is ok but on my phone i don’t see any notifications.
Someone has any ideas?
P/s: my server is not configured to send email.

W hat dio you expect to get without email notifications enabled?

Hi!
I don’t understand. So, i’ll get notification only by email or when email config is enabled i’ll get notification?

Notifications are by email so you need to configure that.
