APPLICATION ERROR #11

A necessary field "Note" was empty. Please recheck your inputs.
Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.

This is from a MantisBT 2.40 that is working just fine on one server but I migrated it to another server and now receive this error after typing in a note and clicking "ADD NOTE" where I'm taken to a new page with the above banner.

So I go back and the note field is empty. Here's the kicker. If I refresh the page at that point, the note I entered IS displayed as the last note entered.

Help?

Interesting, that the necessary filed doe not have name.

which webserver is being used, which platform are you operating on?

Apache verzió 2.4.46
MySQL verzió 5.7.33
PHP verzió 7.2.34

linux or windows?

I suppose it is Linux webserver in an internet service provider.
