Problems with "fixed in version"

Hello,

I have two Versions: 1.0 and 1.1. Also I have a bug which is fixed. I assigned the bug to product version 1.0 and the bug is fixed in version 1.1. So I selected the bug and "resolved" it. Mantis asks me then in which version the bug is fixed. I select "1.1" and press "Resolve issues" but then I get the following error message:

"This issue cannot be changed to the requested status"

What does that mean and how can I fix it?

btw: I use version 0.19.2

"This issue cannot be changed to the requested status"

This string doesn't appear in 0.19.2. It would probably mean that you don't have the access level to change the issue, or the new status is not correct as part of a defined workflow.
