Autoassign ticket in latest Mantis Version

Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to auto assign ticket with another way by "assign to" in option category ?

We want to autoassign ticket by two cirterias.

So far I remember in older version we could use category and sub-category for doing this action.

In our exemple we want to send automatic ticket for group on charge of troublesheting in "Fiber" and send automatic on a group in charge of on particular geographic departement in France.

I hope i expose my subject quite clearly.

If you cannot solve this with the (sub)categories, your best option is to create a small plugin :mrgreen:
