Is there anyone who could give me a quote for an update from 1.3.x to the latest 2.24?

I upgraded from 1.0.5 to 2.24.3 some months ago and it was smooth. Only a dozen or so of saved filters that was lost because they were incompatible between the versions. But nothing that the users couldn't create again.
It's better, of course, if you could do this in a new environment in order to preserve the current one until you are sure that everything ran fine.
In our case I created an LXC container in a Proxmox server to run the test before the switch to the new version.
