Feedback workflow

I have a workflow_threshold question.
When deeloper changed status to "feedback" I want to "Assign To" section to "Reporter" who opens the issue. On this time "Reporter" and "Assign To" people will be same. Then after "Reporter" write a note then system should change the "Assign To" people the developer who ask feedback.
And other question is after feedback status, I want the status automaticly confirmed. Not assigned.
are they possible?
