Getting below error after using mantis for sometimes pls help what to be done.

Database query failed. Error received from database was #1226: User 'id7333700_mantis' has exceeded the 'max_queries_per_hour' resource (current value: 5000) for the query: SELECT * FROM mantis_user_table WHERE username=?.
