I installed Xampp and mantisbt
i can reach the server from our network and when i want to reach it from internet i can not do that.
when i try to reach my server(this page http://80.120.136.63:8070 /dashboard/) from outsite i get respone
but when i try to enter http://80.120.136.63:8070 /mantisbt i get
The connection has timed out

The server at 10.10.0.43 is taking too long to respond.
and this is the local ip of our server
please help

Maybe this is caused by a firewall.

This is not a MantisBT issue, so you might get better help in the XAMPP forum.

i think it is a mantisbt issue
because when i change the index.php to other file .ican reach it

Well both addresses fail from the outside so better check firewall, proxy etcetera again
