Application Error #1903

I have an installation of Mantis and a user has been using the program for months, but suddenly is getting application error #1903. The only reference I can find to it is from a post here in 2009 that never got answered.
The message he gets is:
APPLICATION ERROR #1903

I would guess something has corrupted the database, but I'm not sure what it wrong. The email address is in the system because I was able to trigger a password reset and he got it.
