Demo Differences

So used the Demo for a bit then installed on my server and... wow its like its not even the same software isnt this suppose to be the same as the demo? So much is missing i cant even make new columns anymore. What happen to the plugins? Sorry can someone shed some light on this i thought i was demoing this script but its not the same. Am i missing something here that i should be doing to get the demo features?

What do you mean with "new columns"?

Ummm... Nope... I mean the "Manage Columns" section of the demo. Honestly so much is going on in that demo that doesnt seem to be in the self install version.

I guess you meam MantisHub (I don't use it myself) when talking about Demo. RIght?
If yes, is the Manage > Manage Configuration > Manage Columns page different from the downloadable open source version?
