When the Admin user uploads the attachments in bugs the Viewer, Reporter, Developer & managers are not able to view the attached proofs. Please assist

MantisBT Version - 2.25.2
Schema Version - 211
PHP Version - 8.0.12

Do you have a setting for this $g_view_attachments_threshold in config_inc.php?
