Hello, I come to you because I would like to know if it is possible to have a second box to insert an email? And how is that possible? Thank you for the answers !

Out of the box it is not there so a plugin seems the solution depending on why you really need this.

No not to my knowledge. I have 2 options for you to make it work:
1. Create a distribution list for those persons and add that email address to Mantis
- Within Exchange Distribution lists do have an email address
2. Add both email addresses in the same field separated by a ";".

Option 2 is not the best solution but in the past I have done it like that.

For your second solution the problem is that MantisBT no longer handles this in version 2.25.2. I tried with a comma and a semicolon, but I made a mistake.

Well that makes life easier, still 2 option 1:
1. Distribution lists
2. Create plugin
My advice to keep it simple, is to go with option 1
