Hello, we have set up the email system for MantisBT and it sends emails to all the people of a single project while we want it to send to a single person. Is this due to a configuration or whatever? Thank you for your answers!

This is certainly caused by your changed configuration.
MantisBT does not send emails to all users of a project out of the box.
