I checked the username and password, using thunderbird, and I was test with imap and pop3.

Can you help me?

What mail server?
2FA enabled/required?

Mail server is comum, from locaweb.com.br, with/without SSL and without 2FA.
I trying using without ssl but this error occurs.

What mailbox settings are you using?
Based on current information there is something with the authentication information.
