View Issues is showing blank, in spite of many issues present

For some strange reason, my "View Issues" aren't working.
That is, I log into my Mantis (locally hosted) and "My View" is displaying correctly. That is, I can see the latest issues posted under "Assigned to Me (Unresolved" and the other views.
When I click on "View Issues" in the title bar of the "Assigned to Me (Unresolved)", there is no error, but I get nothing other than a banner with "Filters" on it. Nothing is listed underneath it. Selecting the hamburger menu doesn't do anything.
I can go into the issues one at a time, but it appears the list for all issues suddenly isn't working.
I can see all the issues directly in the table via a MySQL query. So, the data is there.
Just a add-on note. I recently upgraded that server to 22.04 Ubuntu Server, and the PHP version apparently needed updating.
I am running PHP 8.1.2 with Zend Engine 4.1.2.
Any ideas?
