Hi, I am a new user, so this question may seem stupid...

My attempts to install database returns this response: BAD | Does administrative user have access to the database? ( Database connection failed )
What am I doing wrong?
In Installation Options, all the fields are filled as default, only passwords customized.

Check if userid/password for the database is correct
