Hello,

When a mantis is on "feedback" status, if the mantis's reporter post a note the mantis automatically get "Assigned" status and this is perfect but ...
If someone else, with same "reporter" capacity answer to the "feedback", status is not changed. It occurred often that a colleague of the mantis reporter answer to the feedback.

Is it possible to make status change from "feedback" to "assigned" to every note coming from a "reporter" capacity user?

There is no configuration option for that.
To get this functionality, you would have to write a plugin or to change the original source code of MantisBT.
