Error when viewing a bug entry

Hi,
I am facing this problem, when trying to view a bug entry, this message is displayed on browser

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

and I have notice this error at /var/log/php-fpm/error.log file :
have you guys faced this scenario before ? any tips ?
