ZIP-Export

Hi.

I'm looking for a export function for one (or multiple) issues:
Not only for the issue itself (there are many options already), but also for the attachments which comes with an issue (e.g. via attached via note).

Best would be if I'll get a folder or a zip-folder with following content:
- Folder = Issue number
-- Issue Printout
-- Issue Attachement 1
-- Issue Attachement 2
-- Issue Attachement ...n

There is something promising out there: https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/Zip-Export
However, it is not working on mantisbt >2.0.

Any ideas how I can resolve this problem on an easy way?
Or how to adapt Zip-Export-Plugin so it work on mantisbt >2.0?

Attached an initial version that will work on MANTIS 2X.
Check it out and let me know how it goes.

@cas the attached zip-file contains just two files.
Seems you forgot some files.
