I have Mantis 2.25.2 installed and through it I manage open calls for the IT sector. I have a single project named TI and 2 administrators "administrator1" and "TI" how do I get all open tasks fulfilled sent to administrator "TI" automatically?

You can assign TI to a specific category. Once that is done, all tickets with that category will be assigned to this person

Could you be more specific?

if you only want "TI" to be informed once finished, that you can configure via the email workflow.
