Hello,

I used this csv import plugin
https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/csv-import

But I encountered two problems

1. Error displayed after uploading
But it jumped to the bug list in a few seconds. In fact, the upload was successful.
Does this error mean what "string" I should set? 2. The csv upload is successful. When a bug is created, the assigned person will not receive a notification mail for the newly created bug.
How should I set it up so that the designated person can receive the mail?

I have observed this if the imported data had Russian letters in custom fields, while this data was not imported. Importing data with Russian letters with this plugin works for me only in the Summary and Description fields. I have asked a question about this error several times on this forum, but I have not received an answer.
