Good morning,

I've been looking and looking and can't find it. I would like to make it so that each issue added within a project has a user automatically assigned to the monitoring users.
That is, as anyone makes an issue and assigns (or not) a contractor, a monitor (developer representative) is automatically added.

Please, I need help with this.
