My name is mamun, i am new to mantis. i am trying to add some additional input fields on user creation but could not find any way yet. if any one knows the way please let me know.

it is all described there.

yes i read userdata plugin install.txt but it related to project, i need for user.

No, it is user related (not project). Suggest you install it and see for yourself or check out the word document
