Complex wiki integration

I understand that Mantis is "only" a (nice) Bug-tracker, but why wiki isn't integrated by default ?
because the documentation "do-it-yourself" seems a little bit tricky for "simple people" (like me)
And outdated too

What is the issue here?
On page 58 the required settings are explained for the integration.
First install Mantis and the Wiki, next enable the settings

I didn't say there is an "issue"... Just why it is out-of-the-box.

True, just the integration is out of the box, by default set of OFF. A lot of users do not really need the Wiki integration. For what purpose are you using it?

For native wiki integration and if you are interested in a hosted service, you should look at MantisHub (a hosted MantisBT service with extra extensions).
