Our company developers consider using our mantis bugtracker for hardware / electronics.

Anyone else doing this ? Would you share some experiences and possibly changes you have done in your setup ?

Mantis can be used in a lot of scenarios. What exactly are the requirements?

I use MatisBT to open tickets to the IT sector, it works very well! I believe it could be used as a database that stores known defects and catalogs errors for later identification and data collection.
