automatically decode complete email text from base64

We have people forwarding email to our contact address. The body of the main email - "Can you look at this?" etc. - comes through fine as the text of the ticket, but nothing else. When we look at the "Complete email.txt" attachment, it is base64 encoded. We can manually copy that out and decode it when needs must, but is there any configuration setting that would automatically decode it?

The decode should already work.
What version of MantisBT/EmailReporting are you running?
Please check these settings:

If it does not, provide me the "complete email.txt" so that i can check what is going on.
