JPGraph License

Good morning.
My company is considering using Mantis (with JPGraph) to manage one of it's projects, but doing a quick search in the JpGraph library showed me that it's license may oblige my company to buy the commercial version.
Quote from JpGraph site: "If you plan on using JpGraph in a commercial context you will need to acquire the professional license. Commercial use is for example if you use JpGraph on a site to provide a service for paying customers or for example if you are using JpGraph in an intranet to provide support for internal business processes, i.e. in benefit for a commercial company."

As my company will use it to support it's internal business processes, but doing it throught the use of Mantis, I dont' know if the open source license is valid or if I have to buy the commercial license. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Hugo
