Problem upgrading after fresh installation

Hi,

I have just installed mantis and I get a message to upgrade. It performs several modifications on the database structure and several other things but at some point I get this message

Add primary key on mantis_project_version_table 0.17-jf-9 Not Applied

From there on all the upgrades are not applied. About the upgrade message above, I've checked the DB and the table has a primary key set (there are 4 other upgrade messages after this one regarding a primary key that is already set) I've tried to remove the primary key so the upgrade could be done, but I can´t remove the primary key from the table, I get an error message

Can anybody help me make the upgrade continue?

What is the Mantis version you installed? It is not clear how the upgrade came into place? after fresh install?

I have installed version 1.0.7 downloaded a couple of weeks ago. Why is that downloading the lastest stable version I get a message (before deleting the admin directory) to upgrade?

Just in case it´s not clear, by "fresh install" I mean a new installation after downloading the latest version from the web page.

I have done as follows:
I downloaded version 1.07, install it on a computer that didn´t have a previous mantis version intalled. Then, on the login page, I get two messages, one to suggest me to delete the "admin" directory and another one to upgrade. I click on the upgrade link and I get the error I said in the first post, something about not being able to create a primary key.

Hi, I run exactly into the same problem.
Look for the thread "Warning the database structure may be out of date".
In my opinion this is a bug in the install process and/or the upgrade process but developers did not confirm this yet.
I hope a patch will be available.
Best regards,
Luca
