Listing Notes

Has anyone written something that would list notes in descending order.
I'd like to look at recent notes and filter by the id of the name of the person who posted and then access issues that the note was posted on.

There is an option into "My Account" -> "Preferences" page

I don't understand what you mean.

I'd like to have something similar to View Issues but using the bugnotes table and would like to list by who created the note and when.
I monitor issues based upon reviewing the notes added by user.
I know that this may sound a little "backward" but some users provide great commentary and others don't.
Just asking.
