We are getting 403 Forbidden error when we try to update custom fields in Mantis via REST api. Apart from custom we are able to update others. Please suggest. Our version is 2.25.5. Please help.

There are a lot of REST related changes since 2.25.5.
You should first upgrade to latest stable version (2.26.2 at the moment)
In best case, this fixes the issue.
If not, it's a lot better state to start any investigations, as there will be no fixes for 2.25.x.
