return_dynamic_filters.php is blank not show Viewing Issues

Hi All,
I have an issue with MantisBT with the following version details:
MantisBT Version: 2.22.1
PHP Version: 5.6.40
Database Driver: mysqli
Database Version/Description: 5.7.42, 5.7.42-log
Currently, both Mantis and the database are running in containerized versions. I'm facing an issue where the "Viewing Issues" section is not displaying correctly. I have selected the "any" option for all categories, but when I choose "sort by," it only shows "last_updated Descending." I noticed that the response contains a null array object. When I compare this with another Mantis instance, the other instance shows more options and displays a list box. Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue?
