Hi,

i dont exactly understand the difference between resolved and closed items.
At what time i should use resolved respectively closed?

the way i work it is resolved is when the developer bleaves he has fixed the issue, then a member of our testing team tests the problems and agrees that the issue has been resolved, they then close it

For Mantis, we close the issues when the version is released.
