Email reporting - Request for support with the configuration.

Hello everyone. I am sure this question has been asked before, and I would be grateful if you could provide me with the link reference. I have installed one of the latest versions of Mantis and I need to ensure that when submitting a ticket with attachments to a specific email address, it generates a ticket. Can you please tell me how to configure Email Reporting? Do you have a sample file to provide? To ensure that a ticket is opened from the email, do I need to customize a cron job? Can you tell me where and how? Sorry for the many questions, but honestly, I have tried to customize email reporting without success. Thanks to anyone who can help me.
