Okay, don't need docs... but word is out you have implemented rss feeds for filters (awesome). So looking at #5635 I see a reference to a url with "filter_id=8". Where is it you create the filter_id?

I'm not very clear on how filter based feeds are implemented and am very anxious to start testing it out.
