I need to disable the email notification system but still be able to signup for creating a mantis account somehow!!! con anyone help please??

i've looked around for this topic but no success!!

put in "config_inc.php"

$g_enable_email_notification = OFF;

i cant set up mantis to send mails so i need to get around it and gain access to the signups form is there any way to do this???
