After upgrading Mantis from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.8 the following message comes up for every Internet Explorer users when they try to login into Mantis:

"Your browser either doesn't know how to handle cookies, or refuses to handle them."

Firefox users can login successfully.

The system configuration is Mantis 1.0.8 + Windows Server 2003 + IIS 6.0 + MySQL 5.0 + PHP 5.2.4.

I've having this issue now, so i'm trying to investigate the cause of the problem.
May i know does your webpage or domain has any special character in it like "_"?
