Show bugs to everybody without registering

I'm using Mantis 1.1.0rc2 and i'm wondering if there is a way to show the bugs list/details of a specific project to everybody (without registering) and obviously without the permission of interacting?

Tnx for the quick replay bur i receive an APPLICATION ERROR #1200 because of the not valid email (I left it empty).

Just in case somebody Google's this, I have also reported this as a bug.
