File uploads not working for .zip and .exe

Finally got file uploads working on my Mantis 1.0.0a2 installation (as chronicled in a recent thread), but recently discovered that .zip and .exe files appear to be restricted. I can upload text files just fine, however. Seems like this should be a simple config tweak... anyone have a suggestion?
