Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

I got two separate bugtrackers. one runs Bugzilla another Mantis. I'd like to merge both into Mantis so the question is if anyone here been thru such process and can share some experiences. I've already found some scripts that converts bugzilla databases into mantis, still I need to merge, not just convert. Preferably, as bugzilla is longer lasting tracker I'd like to have its bugs first and then add mantis. I need to renumber mantis bugs to not overlap bugzilla. There're also different users here and there but this can be mapped somehow as the number is not overhelming. Anyway, I'd love to see anyone comments who did bugzilla->mantis conversion and maybe even the task simmilar to mine.

I am not aware of any work available that merges two Mantis instances together. In your case, you can use the bugzilla to Mantis converter to have your base Mantis installation, then merge the other one into it. However, merging is a complex problem that no one has been determined enough to get it done.
