How to delete unused tags?

Hi,
is there an overview page where all tags (used and unused) are listed? The problem is, I have some obsolete tags that are not assigned to any report and want to delete them. Since they are not assigned, I cannot go to the tag's detail page (through the tag link) and delete them. Any idea how to accomplish this?
I use Mantis 1.1.1
