How to install on PHP 4.4.7

My hosting has php 4.4.7 .. how to install mantis on this versiyon. problem is stripos function not found...

yes with 1.1.1
i saw php 4 support is obsolete but hosting company doesnt upgrade it 's php version... they said we cant upgrade it coz we have other customer and they running scripts which does not have php5 support. what can i do now? i have paid the prices for hosting for a year and i cant change the hosting company by now.

Are you sure you are using Mantis 1.1.1 and not Mantis 1.1.0?
If you search the bug tracker for stripos, you will find the solution to this issue.
