I'd like to make some bug fields mandatory for certain actsions. In particular, I'd like to:

• enforce users to always specify application version they file bug against
• enforce developers to set fixed_in_version while closing bug
• enforce developers to put a note while closing a bug

or in general, any bug status change requires note, change to resolved/closed requires fixed_in_version set.

I dig around settings yesterday, but did not find anything suitable. Any hints?

I would be interested in this as well, especially forcing developers to specify a fixed_in_version when resolving issues.
