Hello, I have mantis installed and would now like to customize the software.
There is something like the first steps?
Where can I configure the mail server? Or the types of Issue?

There are two interesting files:

config_inc.php
config_defaults_inc.php

You'd better embody your problem to get more suggestions.

Note that config_defaults_inc.php has all the available configuration with their default values. To override them, you should copy the configs to config_inc.php and change their value there.
