Dear All!

I have a problem.
I want to send emails on every status changing, but in some issues, the message sending don't works.

Where can I set theese params?

And my other question is, that how can I define the size of the mail body? (cause I have mails, that is trunklated, I think, theese sizes are over the limit, but I don't know, where the limit is )

the email configuration can be done in
Manage => Manage Configuration => Email Notifications

there you select when each character will receive email notifications.

Thank you for the answer, but theese configuration are good.
In Mantis, you can define different mail notification for each projects. I made this. I have 3 projects, and one of them is set to send e-mail for ALL status changing. However, I don't recive emails in some status changing.

I have 2 projects...but both use the same email config..

soon I´ll propably change these settings, then I post some results!

how to make Mantis (1.1.1) sends email notification on Assigned status, only to the assigned people?

example:
developers =>
.1
.2
.3

I just assigned an issue to developer 3. I want that only developer 3 receives an email notification.

The "Status changes to 'assigned'" option is checked for Developer on the Email Notifications section, but he doesn´t receives. If I check "Email on Change of Handler", every developer in the project receives the notification.

what´s wrong?

Ok, my problem was solved just by checking the "User who is handling the issue" column..

but abdaizs still has his doubt...keep posting! xD
