Generic Configuration Page view/set threshold

hello,
i've installed the 1.1.1 version of mantis with the new page which allow to set configuration variable. I would to prevent "manager" to access to this page but didn't find any parameter for that. Anyone have an idea?
I've tried g_view_configuration_threshold and g_set_configuration_threshold but i want that manager could set the workflow and the mail notification.
