I have a small software company and our debug is not too fun. We have installed this software but now I do not know how to use it. Can anyone provide some simple tips or steps that new users may want to do to have good use of the product?

We have 2 products and 4 programmers. . do we separate the products in mantis? how do we track bugs for different builds? do we use mantis to save the source?

If everyone helps this will be a great thread for companies to send to their employees so they can learn the system.

In my company we use aproach 1 product = 1 mantis project.

There are fields like: Product version, Target version and fixed in version. You can use this to see what version has a bug, what version it was resolved or what version it will be resolved..

No. Its only bug/issue tracking system. There are programs like SVN to keep sources.
