Help using Bug History for SLA reporting

Is it possible to export the Bug History information?

I wish to capture the date/time a bugs 'Assigned To' changes or when a bugs 'Priority' changes and use this date/time to capture the start time of a Service Level Agreement against each bug.

This is not the date the bug was raised as our bugs may be assigned to several people before being closed. As each person picks up the bug a new SLA starts.

At the moment I am having to do this manually which can take up to an hour depending on the number of changes per day.

It should be fairly easy to parse the history data to get what you need. Unfortunately, there is no built in report for this information.
