Resource planning tool

I'm trying to find a resource planning tool that can easely be linked to mantis. In other words it has to be Open source and written in php. I've found one, but it's old and I think the community died after release (a year ago). The tool I'm talking about it this:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/webplan/

This is perfect. However I cant get it to work. It doesn't put anything in the database and when I do it manually, it doesn't read out of it. I think it has something to do with the coockies, but cant find any errors.

Can anyone help me with this? Maybe it would be a good idea to integrate this tool in Mantis some day?

Well that tool does not seem to work.... I found an other one which is far more advanced and supported (and open source)...

http://www.dotproject.net

Perhaps a good program to integrate with the mantis tools (perhaps also with nennius and testlink)???
